Here's my final syllabus for The Art of Self-Coaching, a new course I'm teaching this Spring Quarter at Stanford. It includes some updates to the materials I posted in January as well as information on grading and assignments.
I'm tremendously grateful to the 36 students who've signed on to this experimental journey. Our first class was yesterday, and their energy and enthusiasm (at 10am on a Friday, no less) got us off to a great start. I'm looking forward to the next 9 weeks!
