WHAT: A full-day, in-person workshop for a group of four CEOs. Each participant will present a professional challenge they’re currently facing, and the day will be divided into four segments, one devoted to each participant. At the beginning of each segment I’ll conduct a brief training session on a specific coaching skill. Then one participant will coach another on their challenge, and the group will provide feedback on the coaching before holding an open discussion on the challenge. We’ll repeat this process four times, so all four participants will 1) present their challenge and be coached by a peer, 2) coach a peer on their challenge, and 3) observe two other coaching sessions and participate in the subsequent open discussions.
WHEN: Saturday, March 18, 8:30am-4:00pm
WHERE: Cavallo Point, The Lodge at the Golden Gate, 601 Murray Circle, Sausalito CA 94965. Cavallo Point is located immediately to the north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Take Alexander Avenue to East Road to Murray Circle. Parking is available along McReynolds Road.
