Friends and Hammers (Events for CEOs and Founders)

We're gonna build something this summer.
We'll put it back together, raise up a giant ladder,
With love and trust and friends and hammers. [1]

OVERVIEW: Although my practice spans a wide range of industries, I have many clients who face similar challenges, and every week I bring together a small group of CEOs, founders, and other senior leaders to get out of their silos, share ideas, and build connections. We meet for 1-hour via Zoom in rotating groups of eight. My clients get priority, but you don't need to be in my practice to participate. These events are free, and you can join just once or participate multiple times, as long as space is available.

Enterprise AI: For leaders of companies providing AI services to enterprise customers. Common challenges include long sales cycles, crossing the chasm, user adoption, and the dynamic state of model development.

AI Implementation: For leaders whose companies are implementing AI internally, across functions ranging from engineering to customer service. Common challenges include diverse attitudes toward AI among employees, uncertain ROI, and the complexity of model selection.

ROUNDTABLE AGENDA: Each week I'll provide Roundtable participants with a short list of questions to consider. After a brief welcome, participants will be paired up in breakout rooms, where they'll have 10 minutes to discuss the first of that week's questions. Then the full group will reconvene to hold an open discussion for 15 minutes, which I'll facilitate. We'll repeat this process a second time to address the remainder of that week's questions, and we'll conclude at the 1-hour mark.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There's no cost to participate in a Roundtable. Just be sure that you're available on the date/s you're interested in, and contact me. (If we haven't connected before, please include your LinkedIn profile.)

[1] Why Friends and Hammers? I've always loved these lyrics from "Constructive Summer," written by Tad Kubler and Craig Finn and performed by The Hold Steady. Let's build something this summer.
